2021 Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to Police Bank’s 2021 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27 January 2022 at 2pm.

We encourage you to vote in the 2021 Director Elections before the closing date for voting in the Ballot of 5:00pm on Thursday 13 January 2022.

The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting accessible via the Participate in the 2021 Annual General Meeting button below.

The Annual General Meeting is your chance, as a member of Police Bank , to meet the Board and ask questions about Police Bank’s operations.

Members may ask questions on the webcast by following the “How to ask a question” instructions in the Virtual Meeting Online Guide. Members wishing to verbally ask a question will need to pre-register before 5:00pm on Tuesday 25 January 2022 and obtain a PIN as set out in the Virtual Meeting Online Guide and join the meeting via phone.

Please Note:

There was an immaterial error on page 66 of the 2019 Police Bank Annual Report. As we are no longer a member of CUFSS, we removed text under the ‘Liquidity Risk’ header which stated:

‘The Bank has a longstanding arrangement with the industry liquidity support company Credit Union Financial Support Services (CUFSS) which can access industry funds to provide support to the Bank should it be necessary at short notice’.
