How do I get started with the Mobile Banking App?

Is the Border Bank Mobile Banking App secure?

The Mobile Banking App is built on industry standard software and has security and encryption to keep your banking safer; multi-layer security functionality when you log in – using password and PIN or your mobile device’s Fingerprint or Face ID capabilities. The Mobile Banking App has a range of security services and features including automatic log out if you’ve finished banking but forgotten to log out and the ability to temporarily lock or cancel lost or stolen cards.

I’ve got a new mobile device, what do I do with my Mobile Banking App?

Once you’ve logged out of the Mobile Banking App on your old device, you’ll need to make sure you’ve got the Border Bank Mobile Banking App on your new device. Then, simply login using the same details.

If you were using biometrics on your previous device, you’ll need to set these up following the instructions on your new device and then register to use these in your Mobile Banking App settings.

If you are selling or giving away your old device, make sure you delete all cards in any digital wallet and delete our Mobile Banking App. We suggest that you reset your device to factory settings which will also remove any token accounts.
