You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments by one the following methods:

• Online Banking: You can set up automatic repayments or make one-off payments via Internet Banking.
• Mobile Banking App: Use our Mobile Banking App to manage and make repayments conveniently from your phone.
• Direct Debit: You can set up direct debits to have repayments automatically deducted from your nominated account on your chosen repayment frequency.
• BPAY^®: Repayments can be made using BPAY^® through online banking or via your bill payment service.
• In-Branch Payments: You can visit any Border Bank branch and make repayments in person.

Interest is calculated on the daily reducible loan balance and debited on the last calendar day of the month.

Phone and online applications typically take about 15-20 minutes, with conditional approval usually provided within 24 hours on weekdays. After that, you’ll need to confirm details of your employment, income, and any other debts, and accept the letter of offer. Once we receive the signed contracts, the funds will be disbursed based on the loan conditions and your instructions.
